We provide the following mobile auto repair and roadside assistance services within our coverage areas:
Roadside Battery Replacement
Emergency Jumpstart Services
Tyre Repair and Replacement
Fuel Delivery (limited to specific vehicle types and fuel types)
Mobile Oil Change
All services are offered on-site, delivered to your location upon booking confirmation.
Services can be booked via phone call or WhatsApp through the contact number provided on our website.
Accurate vehicle details, location, and contact information must be provided during the booking process.
Booking confirmations are subject to technician availability and service area limitations.
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Credit/Debit Card
Bank Transfers / Online Transfers
All payments must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We do not provide services for the following:
Trucks and heavy-duty commercial vehicles
Motorcycles or scooters
Boats or marine vehicles
Hybrid or electric vehicles
Key battery or remote battery replacements
Our services are strictly limited to standard private gasoline and diesel vehicles that are compatible with our tools and resources.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service under the following circumstances:
If false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided during the booking process
If the vehicle is located outside our defined service coverage area
If the technician deems the environment unsafe or inaccessible
In cases of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff
Service availability may vary depending on your location and technician availability.
We strive for prompt response times, but external factors such as traffic, weather, or emergencies may affect arrival time.
Emergency services are prioritized based on the nature of the request and proximity.
While we aim to deliver services with utmost care and professionalism, the company shall not be held liable for:
Any pre-existing damage to the vehicle
Delays caused by force majeure events or third-party service disruptions
Any damages resulting from customer misuse or misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is safe and in a position to receive service.
Battery replacements may include manufacturer warranties depending on the brand and product. Please inquire about warranty details at the time of service.
We are not liable for warranty coverage after the service unless explicitly stated.
No returns or refunds are offered for consumable services (e.g., fuel, oil) once delivered and used.
We expect customers to interact respectfully with our technicians. Any form of abuse, discrimination, or aggression will result in immediate termination of the service, and law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai or relevant jurisdiction.
