Delivery Timeframe

  • Upon booking confirmation, our team strives to reach your location within 20–25 minutes.

  • Actual arrival time may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, weather, and technician availability.

  • You will be notified via phone or WhatsApp once your service is dispatched and when the technician is en route.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery is free of charge for all mobile battery installations and on-site repair services unless otherwise stated during booking.

  • In rare cases where additional fees may apply (e.g., for remote areas or specific scheduling), these will be clearly communicated in advance and agreed upon before dispatch.

  • There are no hidden charges, and you will always be informed of the total cost upfront.

Delivery Method

We use a self-delivery model, meaning all products and services are delivered by our trained in-house technicians using company-authorized vehicles. This ensures:

  • Prompt service delivery

  • Accurate installation by qualified professionals

  • On-site diagnostics and support

Failed Deliveries or Inaccessibility

In cases where our technician is unable to reach the customer due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or vehicle inaccessibility, the following may occur:

  • The order may be rescheduled based on mutual availability.

  • nominal call-out fee may apply if our team has already reached your location and the service cannot be completed.

Responsibility and Handling

  • All products such as car batteries, tyres, oil, and related accessories are handled with care and transported securely.

  • Technicians will provide on-site installation and testing to ensure proper functionality before completing the service.

  • Any physical damage discovered at the time of delivery must be reported immediately to the technician to be eligible for replacement.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your booking is confirmed via phone or WhatsApp, you will receive:

  • Estimated arrival time

  • Technician contact (if needed)
