Before Technician Dispatch: If the cancellation is made before a technician has been dispatched, there will be no charge.
After Technician Dispatch / Arrival: If our technician has already reached or is en route to the service location, cancellation is still permitted; however, a nominal call-out or travel charge may apply to cover fuel, time, and resource expenses.
We do not charge any penalty for cancellation unless specific equipment, batteries, or consumables have been allocated or used in preparation for your service.
We take pride in offering quality products and services. However, in the event that a product or service does not meet expectations, our refund policy is as follows:
All batteries installed by our team come with warranty coverage from the manufacturer or supplier.
If the installed battery is defective or fails within the warranty period, we will:
Replace it with a new unit free of charge, or
Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the usage period and warranty conditions.
Warranty terms vary by brand and battery type. Please request warranty details at the time of service.
Tyre-related services also come with quality assurance. If there is a clear issue with a newly installed tyre or improper repair, we will:
Offer a re-inspection, and
Provide a refund or replacement if found to be our error or a product defect.
For non-product-based services such as jumpstarts or mobile oil changes, refunds will only be issued if:
The service was not performed due to technical issues or cancellation from our side.
The customer prepaid for a service that could not be completed.
Please note: Refunds are not applicable for services that were completed successfully unless there is evidence of product or service failure.
